Thank you for choosing North Cape Corner Veterinary Clinic to care for your furry friend(s)! We look forward to working with you and your pet(s). As a small-town clinic, we aim to keep your pet happy and healthy by providing affordable, yet high-quality services.
Day-of Appointment
North Cape Corner Veterinary Clinic is located at 4438 N. Raynor Ave., Union Grove, WI 53182 (on the corner of Hwy 45 & Hwy K in Racine County).
Enter the parking lot via Hwy K. There is a driveway on the south side of the road. There is no access to the lot off of Hwy 45.
Once parked, your pet and you can come inside the clinic. The entrance is on the east side of the building.
Note: The gate leading to the wooden porch on the west side of the building is for employees only.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so we can ensure your information is correct in our system. This helps our appointments start on time.
Payment is required at the time of services. Acceptable payments include: cash, local check and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
We understand that visiting us for the first time may be nerve-wracking. Where do you go? How do you get there? What do you need to bring with? Please don't worry! We have outlined everything you need to know below as a new patient.
Pre-Appointment Preparation
Make an appointment by calling or requesting an appointment online.
Note: If you do not have an appointment, you can walk-in, and we will try to to fit you in. There may be a fee associated with a walk-in appointment.
Plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so we can ensure your information is correct in our system. This helps our appointments start on time. Also, prepare to pay for your service at the time of completion. Acceptable payments include cash, local check, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
Post Appointment
Plan follow-up visit(s). Follow up and vaccine booster appointments may be completed with a certified veterinary technician under the supervision of the veterinarian, so you may not see the vet at these visits. If you request to see the vet, you may be charged a full office visit instead of a follow-up visit.
All prescription refills will require at least a one-day notice. Prescriptions that must be filled same day will require at $25 same day filling fee.
All euthanasia requests will require an examination. The veterinarian makes the final decision regarding this procedure. North Cape Corner Veterinary Clinic does not perform convenience euthanasia.
